SESPEC — interior lighting designed to lower power density while holding the levels each task requires.

Sustainability is one of the values of this company in the heart of Mexico City. Aware of the high energy they were consuming, they brought us in as their lighting consultants.

Our objective was to reduce the high levels of power density while maintaining the lighting levels their specific activities call for — keeping the workplace bright and legible where it matters, and quiet everywhere else.

In some spaces we had the opportunity to modify the architecture and shape the interior so our lighting fixtures could be fully integrated. The use of LED technology, paired with fluorescent lamps, was the key to that success.

Less power density, the same light — efficiency you can see, and energy you don't waste.
